Instructional Design
Learning interventions are evaluated using efficiency, effectiveness and outcomes.
In addition to the samples below, I have extensive experience planning educational events, creating content, moderating, and presenting.
Auburn University - As an IDA I gained experience with the following:

Collaborating with Instructional Designers and with SMEs to discuss learning objectives, instructional content, and timelines

Creating content with Canvas and Storyline, using the Adobe Suite as well as creating H5P items

Reviewing course Maintenance and Revision reports and making course adjustments per recommendations
Artifact I is a course I worked on updating for Auburn University.
Audience: Staff joining Auburn Online
Responsibilities: Instructional Design, eLearning Development
Tools Used: I used eLearning design tools to update and enhance the onboarding course for new AO staff. Tools included Canvas, Vimeo, Box, and Panopto.

Artifact II is an evaluation plan I developed in consulting with SMEs that is now being used as a model example in the MS in Instructional Design and Development program at UAB.
Audience: Coach certification candidates
Responsibilities: Survey Instrument Design and Project Management Timeline
Tools/Theories: In terms of tools, I used Microsoft products including Word and Excel, and in terms of theory I used Kirkpatrick levels to evaluate each survey question and the survey overall.

Audience: Individuals needing training in cybersecurity
Responsibilities: Instructional Design, eLearning Development, Storyboarding
Tools Used: I used eLearning software (Articulate Rise) to develop this course on cybersecurity.

Artifact IV is a course I thought of and built concerning real-world application of Robert's Rules of Order in standard meetings. I constructed the course after consulting with SMEs and first delivered the course live in a webinar before creating the eLearning course.
Audience: Anyone responsible for meetings that use Robert's Rules
Responsibilities: Storyboarding, Instructional Design, eLearning Development
Tools Used: I used an eLearning tool (Articulate Storyline) to develop a short course on applying Robert's Rules.

Artifact V is a course I built for the United States Professional Tennis Association in collaboration with SMEs and internal design and learning management system (LMS) staff.
Audience: Tennis teaching professionals
Responsibilities: Instructional Design, eLearning Development, Video Editing, Visual Design, Prototyping
Tools Used: The authoring tools I used included Evolve, Camtasia, and Vimeo.
